Our ten-day escorted Costa Rica discovery tours run about every other month. We limit the tours to six to eight couples at
a time and we provide the transportation and lodging. We visit a variety of destinations to give you a good overview of the country but the main feature and highlight of the trip is our property tour. The cost to join the tour is $2000 per couple, double occupancy, and
includes all lodging and ground transportation
using Toyota 4Runners (4 people per vehicle), entry fees for parks and
tour activities. Singles with their own room
pay $1500. Some of the hotels we stay
at include breakfast and we also include meals and beverages while at our
guest house. You will be responsible for
the cost of meals other than at the guest house, and optional activities that you may choose
such as sport fishing. We have a great time on
these tours and see many parts of the country. All of your reservations and itinerary are taken care of
so you can just relax and enjoy the tour.
Through our Buy and Fly Free program, should you decide to buy property at the time of your visit, we will deduct $1500 directly from the purchase
price to offset your travel costs! (limit of one credit per visit).

Either trip will include a three-day, two-night all inclusive visit to our guest house, including all local transportation,
lodging, meals and beverages (beer and wine included). You'll be our guest at our elegant eight room guest house
and be treated to all meals prepared by our chef. Meals feature fresh local seafood, fresh
meats, gourmet salads and plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
