Our three-day, two-night tours run three times per week, nearly every week except during the month of October when we
close the guest house for maintenance. These tours start on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays. You'll need to
arrive in Costa Rica the day before the tour to allow ample time to reach our property. Due to the high demand
at our guest house you must contact us prior to booking your international flights to ensure we have space
available at the guest house. We'll coordinate around your schedule and suggest your flight
arrangements accordingly. You are responsible for your
international airfare to and from San Jose, the hotel stay in San Jose on the day you arrive and the commuter flight to Palmar Sur. Please review our Visitor Guidelines for more information.
Through our Buy and Fly Free program, should you decide to buy property at the time of your visit, we will deduct $1500 directly from the purchase
price to offset your travel costs! (limit of one credit per visit).

These four-day tours make it easy to take a quick trip to look at our properties and see what life could be like in Costa Rica! Just get yourself to San Jose and we take care of everything else. The total cost of $250 per person includes lodging on your arrival at the luxurious Martino Hotel and Resort, transportation to our development on the following morning, lodging at our guest house for two nights, 5 meals, adult beverages, tours of our property and transportation back to San Jose International Airport on the last day of the visit, arriving back by 2:00 pm. Simply get yourself to San Jose and we'll take care of the rest.
All trips will include a three-day, two-night all inclusive visit to our guest house, including all local transportation,
lodging, meals and beverages (beer and wine included). You'll be our guest at our elegant eight room guest house
and be treated to all meals prepared by our chef. Meals feature fresh local seafood, fresh
meats, gourmet salads and plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
