You can build right away, using our construction services, architects and engineers, use a builder of your choice, or just hold your land as it appreciates. You are also welcome to build your own home. If you decide to use our custom building services, we work with you to design the home of your dreams. Whether you desire a trendy Santa Fe style home, a Mediterranean Villa, a Contemporary Design or a European Castle, our designers will make your dreams come alive. We offer turnkey construction services at $90 per square foot, which includes all permitting, custom design and architectural services. The choices are yours, if you can dream it, we'll build it.
Experience Counts
We're the largest developer and builder in the southern Pacific zone of Costa Rica. Since 1988 we've completed 11 phases of development totalling thousands of lots. We've built hundreds of custom homes for clients within our properties. We are now completing our newest phase development of nearly 2000 acres and 1700 lots Although nearly all previous phases have sold out, a few choice properties are still available in phases 10 and we have many more available in our newest phases, Radiant Sun Valley and Raichallo, including many with great ocean views.
Our turnkey construction services include site work, custom design services, engineering and architectural work, complete building services, interior decorating and swimming pool design/build, rental and property management, title insurance, relocation assistance, incorporation and citizenship assistance and landscape services. We design and build both commercial and residential properties. Our firm is debt free with tens of millions of dollars in assets and we are the largest land owner and employer in the area. We currently employ over 400 full time employees and the number continues to grow.
Our team of architects, engineers, concrete masons, master wood crafters, painters and interior designers can help you build the house of your dreams. We have our own 10,000 sq/ft wood shop to manufacture top notch custom cabinetry, doors and windows, furniture and fixtures to add individuality and exclusivity to your custom home. Every home we build is designed to the individual tastes of our customers. We work with you every step of the way, to design a home to maximize the feel of elegance in nature, providing ultra modern amenities in a totally tranquil location. Community
Our developments have become communities within themselves. As more homes have been built, social networks have flourished and services have sprung up to cater to us. Complementary services have flourished in our region offering landscape products, construction materials, hardware, cement products, realty services and more. A growing number of world-class hotels, restaurants, bars and activities have also sprung up, with many more currently in construction. A brand new hospital is nearly complete, just a few miles from our developments and a new international airport will soon be built, less than 30 minutes from our properties, providing direct jet service from the US.
Location, Location, Location!
Savvy Baby Boomers are seeking out international destinations where their dollar goes further and their quality of life is better. Costa Rica provides just such a place with low cost of land ownership (70% less than the US on average) and low construction costs, generally around $100 per square foot for estate quality home building. Nearly 100,000 foreigners now reside in Costa Rica, which welcomes ownership by foreigners. Costa Rica also allows foreigners to operate businesses and even provides tax incentives for businesses focused on tourism.
