As Pacific Lots of Costa Rica we represent the developer Window to the Pacific (Ventana del Pacifico), a company doing business for almost 20 years and one of the oldest developers in the country currently employing over 400 people. We have our own staff of engineers and architects as well as a rental and property management team. Our guest house offers luxury accommodations for up to 8 couples and we run three two-night visits weekly. Tours start on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Our developments are located in the coastal towns of Ojochal, Tres Rios, and Chontales in the southern Pacific region of Costa Rica and just above the Osa Peninsula. Click for map. These three towns touch one another as you drive south on the Pacific Coast.  This area is located about 15 miles south of Dominical and about 31 miles south of Quepos.  Our coastal Pacific community is in one of the few areas of Costa Rica where 6000 foot tall mountains come right down to the sea, providing some of the best view home sites in the country. This area is also the home of many rivers and waterfalls, so we are fortunate not to have water problems that are common in the northern Pacific region.  This area of the country is also more tightly zoned and construction is limited to three stories.  There are no big developments and the area has become a luxury international residential community of single family homes.  The area is also home to some of the most famous beaches in Costa Rica, Playa Bellena, Playa Tortuga, Playa Ventanas and Playa Pinuella. Playa Ballena is a Marine National Park and is located directly in front of our developments.
